FINALLY! Sandwich thins that are all natural (meaning they don't have the HFCS and/or artificial sweeteners that pretty much all of the brands have). The best part is that these taste every bit as good as the others: they are sweet (without being too high in sugar), very soft (especially for a wheat bun), and have tasty wheat flakes on top. Even better - EarthGrains thin buns have 22 grams of whole grains, are high in fiber, protein, and are a good source of B vitamins - all for the same 100 calories as all of the others.

When it comes to milk substitutes, ricemilk isn't my favorite for a couple of reasons: 1) it has double the calories of almond milk, and almond milk taste more like regular milk, and 2) it doesn't have as much protein as soy milk, so I usually opt for soy or almond milk instead. However, this organic ricemilk is good because you get whole grains with it, which suddenly makes it more nutritionally worthwhile for me. It also tasted pretty good for ricemilk, which is very "ricey" (obviously), but if you like that flavor, then you are set. You get 8g of whole grains per serving, and this stuff is gluten free, kosher, dairy free, soy free, lactose free and vegan.

I have never really loved the taste of oatmeal enough to actually CRAVE it...well, until now. Now I understand what the big buzz is all about with steel cut oatmeal. It "pops" in your mouth! And the taste of Country Choice is outstanding - they spared nothing on quality. The downside to this organic oatmeal is that you have to cook it on the stove-top, which I know doesn't work so well for those in a morning rush. I'd say if you are in a big hurry, and don't mind instant...stick with that. However, if you need an extra kick to make oatmeal a part of your diet, and you have that extra 15 minutes in the morning, eat this! Get a good amount of fiber, protein and iron with NO sodium or cholesterol. SOO filling and delish!

This 100 calorie, sugar-free organic oatmeal tasted...well, like oatmeal. It saves you 50-60 calories as compared to any of the other oatmeals I have found. I guess the downside is that plain oatmeal is...well, plain. So I added cinnamon (negligible calories and many health benefits) and then slipped in some Truvia sweetener so I could deal. With those additions, I had myself a wonderfully delicious 100 calorie, all natural oatmeal!
