| This lowfat egg roll pretty much stands alone in the "under 100 calories" category. Most egg rolls roll in at about 150 calories and have much more than 2 grams of fat. The first great thing about Kahiki's rolls is that they come in those special microwaveable wrappers that allow them to be crisped on the outside...versus other brands' rolls that come out soggy. Also, Kahiki's frozen foods have a much more authentic, high quality taste than many of the Asian-style dishes from Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers. These veggie rolls were a little spicy and fairly big, so you get a lot of food for your 70 calorie investment. Also, no cholesterol and a good source of vitamin C! |

| These all natural, vegan spring rolls taste like they are bad for you, but are actually pretty darn good for you. They are low in saturated fats and rich in Vitamins A & C (antioxidants). They have a really good crunchy (seemingly fried, but not) shell with crispy noodles and black mushrooms inside, which makes for a pretty tasty little roll. These are not spicy at all, and are pretty small, but you do get 2 in a serving. As with most packaged foods, these are higher in sodium. |
