The Taste: O.N.E. Coconut Water has a line of different naturally flavored coconut waters that I think make the coconut water taste better. This is because they give the it just a touch of fruity sweet flavor that make it a little more like juice. However, you have to be careful because some of the juice flavors can clash with the coconut flavor, and it ends up just tasting weird. I personally liked this passion fruit flavor best because it goes very well with the flavor of the coconut water.
The Nutrition: Coconut water makes a fantastic natural sports drink because it replenishes several essential nutrients that are lost when we sweat, like potassium and sodium. Coconut water has five electrolytes (calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and sodium). It is a much better option than most sports drinks because it does not have artificial chemicals, added sugars and/or preservatives, and it has 15 times the amount of potassium of the average sports drink (which is about the same amount as a small banana).
The Flavors: Besides this flavor, others include Pure, with Pink Guava, with Pineapple, with Mango.
